i play world of warcraft on a private server, i have a lvl65 human palladin
dont even think of complaining about humans, they rule, especially the warlocks, i have a warlock on anothr server, but i don't use it.
anybody else play wow/

I had a dwarf palladin for a while, I got to about level 40/50 maybe?
I found their spells to be too uneffective, having to click on your own character can really be a drag if you can't be bothered to use the keys.
However I did prefer using the maces to swords, in most cases they are much faster and more powerful, except for two-handed maces which are just awkward.
At the moment I have a human warrior (yes I agree, humans are good, not only is their spirit very high, but they also have great agility... plus you can make Link...) warriors are harder to use contrary to belief, having to charge enough before being able to use abilities and spells is just the most awkward thing ever. I had a Tauren hunter before, hunters are my favourites, especially being able to dual-wield very early and the ability to locate monsters on the map, very cool. My Tauren was level 100 (the maximum on my server) and my human warrior is *checks* only level 23, but I just started with him last week.
I HAD a human warlock and mage at some point, the warlock was a very low level (under 10) and the made got to level 60-something but then glitched and dissapeared (need I say annoying)

Which server do you use? and what is their exp rate, money rate etc?
My server (it is actually MY server believe it or not) has 1x exp rate, 2x money rate, 1x explore rate and 1x item rate, so apart from money which instead of earning 5copper you earn 6copper (thats right, its el-cheapo and doesnt just double) its pretty standard to WoW.

my exp rate is 20X but youstill need to be good to get to high levels.
i bought TBC a few weeks ago and tried to instll it but it didn't work it lost the connection to the server i was on.
i had to uninstall the whole game and install it again just to play.

The same thing happened to me last year when I bought the burning crusade, I installed it but it wouldn't run on my server. Have you checked to see whether your server is compatable with version 2.12?
Now that I run my own server I only use the original 1.2 version, which works just as well but doesnt have the outlands or two extra characters.
Did you buy the game online or from a shop? I bought it from a shop so it wasn't too difficult to reinstall, but downloading all those updates is dam stupid... Now I just keep them in a folder on my HDD.

thats true updates are stupid. as if we cant buy a game and pay to play it and it still isnt finished.
you must work really hard on WOW to have all those charcters. i mostly just play quests though not try to get more exp.

I don't really like doing quests continuously, whenever I need some gold or experience I will do one, but ususally I tend to get most of my xp from exploration and killing monsters. I'm a GM on my server, so sometimes I can just warp to places of high leveled creatures to see how I do.

well... no not really.
I am a GM so I CAN do these things. not using the powers I have is a stupid idea.
Besides, do you know how long it takes to make a private server and how much work there is to maintain it? alot.

haw did u beocme a gm? i think that if you are a gm you have the right to use the prowres that come with it.
i would if i could become a gm. does this mean you live in america dont you have to live in amercia to be a gm?

No, I dont live in America, I live in Australia. As I said above I own a private server so I could just make myself a gm.
